Inconel 925 Hex Bolt Nuts Stud
Inconel 925 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium, offering excellent resistance to corrosion and high mechanical strength.
Its unique composition provides outstanding performance in aggressive environments, including sour gas and oil wells, where corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement are significant concerns.

- Nickel (Ni): 42.5-46.5%
- Iron (Fe): 22.0-24.0%
- Chromium (Cr): 19.0-22.0%
- Molybdenum (Mo): 2.5-3.5%
- Copper (Cu): 1.5-3.0%
- Titanium (Ti): 0.15-0.6%
- Aluminum (Al): 0.10% max
- Carbon (C): 0.03% max
- Manganese (Mn): 0.50% max
- Silicon (Si): 0.50% max
- Sulfur (S): 0.010% max
- Phosphorus (P): 0.015% max
- **Mechanical Properties**:
- Tensile Strength: ≥930 MPa
- Yield Strength (0.2% Offset): ≥620 MPa
- Elongation (% in 2 inches): ≥25%
- Hardness (Brinell): ≤300 HB
