Inconel 825 Hex Bolt Nut Studs
Inconel 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion in both reducing and oxidizing environments.
Its high nickel content provides excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and chloride ion stress corrosion cracking.
Additionally, the alloy exhibits good mechanical properties over a wide temperature range.

- Iron (Fe): 22.0% min
- Chromium (Cr): 19.5-23.5%
- Molybdenum (Mo): 2.5-3.5%
- Copper (Cu): 1.5-3.0%
- Titanium (Ti): 0.6-1.2%
- Aluminum (Al): 0.2% max
- Carbon (C): 0.05% max
- Manganese (Mn): 1.0% max
- Silicon (Si): 0.5% max
- Sulfur (S): 0.03% max
- Phosphorus (P): 0.03% max
- **Mechanical Properties**:
- Tensile Strength: ≥550 MPa
- Yield Strength (0.2% Offset): ≥220 MPa
- Elongation (% in 2 inches): ≥30%
- Hardness (Brinell): ≤160 HB
